Don’t use the basic free version of Outlook App
Microsoft would like to inform that there are 2 types of Outlook icons.
They look very similar.
In the desktop search type outlook and you should see some Outlook icons appear.
Follow the screenshot below to click the correct icon.
Only use the Commercial License ‘Classic’ full version of Outlook (classic icon has a flat top)
Free version of Outlook (icon of free version has a pointed triangle top)
To avoid confusion, MS suggests uninstalling the Free (basic version) of Outlook
